About this Bake

For Spice Week I made a birthday bonfire cake: a spicy sticky toffee apple cake with caramel buttercream and caramel drip effect, topped with tempered vegan chocolate leaves! My first caramel and I definitely learned a lot! Thanks Kate for the recipe! (Converted to high altitude).

Be very careful with the caramel, it is very hot!
