This was a chocolate brownie birthday cake for my brother who is eagerly awaiting the release of the new Star Wars Film!
Top tip
After adding the white icing, wrap cake in cling film and place in the tin you baked it in and leave overnight. This allows icing to get firm to help hold ball shape.
