About this Bake
This is a twist on a traditional jam and cream sponge cake. The cake board is decorated as grass and flowers, the bottom tier as the sky and top tier as Unicorn Land. I finished with a free-standing rainbow with sweets spilling from the "end of the rainbow".
Top tip
Allow rainbow to dry for a minimum of 24 hours before attempting to move.
