This battenburg is made from a light and fluffy cookies and cream traybake, a moist chocolate traybake, sandwiched together with lightly flavoured biscoff cream ,wrapped in a white blanket of fondant over a thin layer of homemade apple jam, topped with decoratively piped biscoff cream, grated chocol
Top tip
Put the Oreos in the base of the tray before putting the mix in so they don't rise to the top of the cake and get cut of when you level out the cakes so they can be stacked on top of each during construction.
