About this Bake
I made a cake for my niece Lilly's 1st birthday. It was a pink sponge with freeze-dried strawberries in the buttercream and more sprinkled between layers. It went down a treat with everyone.
Top tip
Take your time and chill the buttercream before putting it on the outside of the cake.
