About this Bake
Crumbly and buttery, with a hint of lemon, the sugar on the top combined with the buttery goodness makes this cake taste and smell just like shortbread!
Top tip
Use real butter. Cream the butter & sugar really well. Make sure the oven is low, at 170 degrees, and bake for over an hour.
