About this Bake
This was my work's Bake Off entry - as it was harvest time, I used locally grown apples and beetroot. It was two different cakes - the apples and kohlrabi were spiced apple cake with almond buttercream and the beetroot was chocolate beetroot cake with home made nutella. All vegan!
