About this Bake
This is a Victoria sponge cake with a strawberry jam filling, coated in three thin layers of coloured lemon butter icing. It is decorated with nests and chocolate eggs to give it an Easter look!
Top tip
Make miniature meringues to use as nests on the top and fill them with little chocolate eggs!
