About this Bake
I made this cake for my niece Sophie’s 8th birthday. She loved it and her sister Evie has already placed her order - she wants one the same for her 4th birthday next March!
Top tip
Use a thicker layer of fondant icing to avoid splitting and to ensure you cover and can’t see the chocolate cake underneath.
