About this Bake
Size 10" base, flavoured in a carrot and orannge blossom sponge, with a circle 8" mid tier, filled with strawberry puree, finished off with top 6" square tier of vanilla sponge sandwiched with white chocolate flavoured buttercream.
Top tip
Make sure your square cakes are put in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before icing. That, way your "box" sides and corners will come out really straight!
