Our bake is a milk chocolate sandwich cake with a snickers buttercream filling. By blitzing snickers bars straight into the buttercream, the filling is a creamy centre with a surprising nutty, crunchy twist. The fondant icing metal was painted and dusted with silver fairy dust to make it shine.
