About this Bake
I made this to celebrate Bake Off finale night. I put the remains of some blueberries along with a smooth blueberry purée into the batter, which tasted amazing.
Top tip
Don't bake the ladyfingers for more than 10 minutes because, in doing so, you'll actually overbake them, rendering a rubbery and hard texture. Don't wait for a golden brown colour.
