About this Bake
This fig, blackberry and honeycomb pavlova is a lovely blend of different flavours coming from fruit and the honeycomb. Eaten with whipped cream, it tastes delicious.
Top tip
Slow bake the meringue for the pavlova and leave it to cool inside the oven after the baking time is up to prevent cracking on the surface.
