About this Bake
This is a 21st Birthday cake made for my cousins daughter. It is a two layer vanilla sponge filled with strawberry Jam and butter cream. It's covered with buttercream and finished with white chocolate fingers and small pink fondant roses, all handmade.
Top tip
Spent time making the fondant roses beforehand - these took the longest to make.
