About this Bake
My first attempt at a giant cupcake. A chocolate sponge, encased in a white chocolate shell and topped with white chocolate buttercream roads. It was lots of fun to make!
Top tip
The case is made from white chocolate and can be a bit tricky to remove from the tin. If it gets stuck, pop it in the freezer for 15 minutes and then ease it out by pulling upwards firmly with your hand.
