About this Bake

This was a three-layer chocolate fudge cake with chocolate buttercream, a chocolate drip, a mini cake covered in chocolate fondant on top, and cake pops made from the extra cake. It was for my mum's birthday.

Top tip

Before putting on the chocolate ganache drip, allow the iced cake to chill for a bit in the fridge, otherwise it won't work.
