These are chocolate cupcakes with raspberry jam in the middle finished with a two tone butter cream swirl & Halloween rice toppers.
Top tip
To create two tone buttercream swirl, put one colour in one piping bag snip the end off, do the same with the second colour. Empty both colours into a 3rd piping bag which has your chosen nozzle in and pipe a swirl as normal.
