About this Bake
Hobnob biscuits made with jumbo oats. Homemade caramel for the filling. Coated in tempered plain semi sweet chocolate and caramel chocolate. The arrow decor was piped with a number 1 writing tip and the arrows were shaped using a cocktail stick.
Top tip
Timing is essential to make sure the chocolate doesn’t set before doing the arrow piping decor. The ratio of the caramel and chocolate needs to be the same, creating thin layers on the biscuit bake. .
