About this Bake
I made this as a birthday cake for a friend using a dome tin and a round tin and cutting the spine out. I used buttercream for the outside and stuck the green coconut to that. The doors and windows are gingerbread.
Top tip
Use buttercream to stick everything together and to help the coconut grass stick to the outside.
