About this Bake

This cake is made from two layers of vanilla génoise and two layers of chocolate génoise. The bottom layer is covered with praline/whipped cream, the next is a chocolate crème fraîche filling, then a crème fraîche with fresh raspberries and the cake is frosted with a mocha Swiss meringue.
