About this Bake
This is my vegan 'sheesecake' made with porridge oats for the base, vegan cream cheese and, of course, lots and lots of lovely berries. It went down a treat at my vegan friend's summer BBQ!
Top tip
Use maple syrup to bind the oats and give it a tacky and sweet texture!
