About this Bake
It's two vanilla cakes with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream in the middle. Covered in pastel blue sugar paste with petal paste daisies with piped royal icing middles in the flowers and a piped white pearls around the base of the cake.
Top tip
Greasing cake tins in butter gives you a lovely golden bake on the outside of the cakes.
