About this Bake
My sister and I surprised our parents for their birthday last week with this giant version of a favourite. A light lemon sponge covered with homemade lemon curd, a lemon buttercream dome and lemon yellow sugarpaste.
Top tip
This cake involved a lot of chilling time, but was well worth the wait!
