About this Bake
This cake was made as a prize for a cupcake decorating competition in aid for the charity AT society, who raise money for children with the rare disease Ataxia-telangiectasia. All proceeds from the competition went to the charity.
Top tip
Use vegetable oil spray to roll out fondant instead of icing sugar, and always use a plastic rolling pin to prevent fondant from drying out.
