About this Bake
I had been waiting desperately for someone to ask me to make them an Alice in Wonderland cake as its my favourite book ever! Then finally a friend asked me to make one for her Daughter Elsie's birthday - I was thrilled!
Top tip
Alice's dress shape was made by pressing a thin circle of sugarpaste into a tea cup (covered in cornflour to stop it sticking). Leave it to dry then ease out.
