About this Bake
3 eight inch chocolate cakes with pudding basin for the top! Layered together with chocolate buttercream and a thin layer of apricot jam to deal the icing.
Top tip
Using cornflower when rolling the icing, and not rolling it too thin. I also use a lazy Susan to put cakes on when I'm decorating.
