About this Bake
This was made as a 7th birthday cake for a little girl who has a menagerie of pets. I was given the option to make a rat or a bearded dragon, needless to say I chose the easier of the two!
Top tip
If you don't have a mini muffin tin to bake your mini cupcakes in just use two paper cases per cake to help keep a nice round shape and stop spreading.
