About this Bake
I love drinking Earl Grey tea and eating cupcakes. This inspired me to make the Earl Grey cupcakes with light meringue icing on top. Lovely!
Top tip
I usually add whole milk in cupcakes. Why not infuse the peppermint/fruit tea bags with milk to add flavour to the cupcakes?
