About this Bake
I baked this red velvet "brain" cake as a Halloween thank you to the brilliant Stroke Early Discharge team in Westminster who helped me after I suffered a stroke that left me temporarily paralysed on one side of my body. With their support I am back on my feet and well on the way to recovery. Thank
