Triple layer vanilla poppy seed cake with cream cheese frosting, macerated strawberry and vodka syrup, topped with toasted hazelnuts and halves strawberries. Summer in a slice!
Top tip
Give plenty of time to macerate the strawberries in the centre - and be generous with the vodka!
