About this Bake
I baked a cake with my sister for our parents' pearl wedding anniversary (30 years). We made an orange and grapefruit sponge with orange buttercream and sculpted the decorations from fondant. However, as we presented it, we realised it was their 29th year, so renamed it their 'Early Pearl' cake!
