About this Bake
I was diagnosed coeliac and had to learn to bake using gluten-free flours. My snoozing hubby served as inspiration for this lemon drizzle cake.
Top tip
Baking with gluten-free flours is a challenge, but my top tip is to add a little more liquid to the batter than you would normally.
