About this Bake

I made this birthday cake for my fiance, as he is a big fan of F1. I love planning a challenge and designing and he loved the cake! It is a raspberry and buttercream vanilla sponge.

Top tip

Get an idea, plan it well to save time and make sure it tastes fabulous. I laid the black squares on top of a white sheet of icing to get the checkered flag.
