About this Bake
This is a decadent vegan chocolate-passion fruit cake, with three layers of scrumptious chocolate sponge and passion fruit custard filling, covered in white chocolate buttercream.
Top tip
Make the fondant decorations a few days in advance, so they harden a bit before decorating. You can use a bit of xanthan gum to roll the fondant in and make it firmer.
