About this Bake
I made red velvet cupcakes with a Swiss meringue icing for the flowers, this was my first attempt at using Russian piping nozzles
Top tip
If your Swiss meringue buttercream curdles, heat it on a bain-marie until the edges start to melt and then whip it with an electric mix and it will be as good as new.
