About this Bake
My hubby loves lemon meringue so this was a challenge for me. I've never made something from scratch like this. I followed Mary Berry's recipe of course. Not sure I would include zest in the pie filling or maybe a little less. 10/10 from my hubby!
Top tip
Don't overload the filling when putting the meringue on. If you put too much on it will seep down the sides of your pastry leaving room for soggy bottoms!
