Vanilla cake with caramel icing and chocolate fondant decorations. Made for an Enid Blyton themed cake club, flags non-edible (sorry Mary!)
Top tip
For large novelty tins, cover in greaseproof paper when baking so the top doesn't burn or cook too quickly.
