About this Bake
This is for my daughter's 17th birthday, she's a huge fan of the character. It's a Victoria sponge base and the bomb shape is also carved from sponge.
Top tip
Dirty ice the sponges with a very soft buttercream before applying the flat icing and remember to oil the mould for the figure.
