About this Bake
My partner and I always joke about whose mum is better at making tiramisu. I thought it would be nice to bake for everyone for Christmas, so, of course, I had to make tiramisu macarons for his mum!
Top tip
Whip the whites up FIRM (firmer than for a pavlova) and make sure you really fold the mix together at the end - if you under-fold, it will be impossible to pipe.
