About this Bake
My husband is a vegan so we found it difficult to find someone to make our wedding cake so I made it myself. I made a vanilla sponge and 144 cupcakes - vanilla and chocolate.
Top tip
When baking vegan cakes always use a very light oil and add a little vinegar to the batter to help the rising agent.
