About this Bake
These were made from yuzu cheesecake with a chestnut filling and black sesame sable cookies. They were coated in red candy melts and made in the shape of firecrackers that are lighted in the Lunar New Year.
Top tip
Use cake collar for your moulds and make your candy coating thin. Use the cookie to seal both sides of the firecracker.
