About this Bake
A birthday cake for my mum to celebrate her 80th. Wanted lots of candles and not just stuck on top so decided on three tiers, which I'd never done before, thus giving me more 'shelves' to mount candles on.
Top tip
Don't freeze your cake with buttercream on or the ganache will slow too fast and not get to dribble!
