About this Bake
The rich fruit cake is laced with rum and whisky. It is covered with marzipan and fondant icing and decorated with sugar paste roses, carnations and daisies. It was made for the 80th birthday of my Stepmother June.

Feed the rich fruit cake with plenty of alcohol before you ice it.
