About this Bake
This cake was inspired from a friend doing a millinery course. Consisting of vanilla sponge I used a pudding bowl for one half. A white chocolate ganache filling with butter cream under the fondant. The flowers are fondant and chocolate.
Top tip
Allow drying time for your fondant flowers and use an upside down egg carton (covered with cling film/wrap) to help with creating the shape of some of the flowers.
