These are mozzarella-stuffed garlic pumpkins. I made these little garlic breads for our last supper with our neighbours before lockdown. It was great they went down a real treat and everyone said how amazing they looked!
Top tip
Use string tied round a dough ball and, as the bread rises, it makes a pumpkin shape! They are great for Halloween and work perfectly topped with a pumpkin seed as the stalk.
