About this Bake
I wanted to combine the black forest showstopper with a pinata, so more cherries fall out when cut, as well as layers of chocolate sponge, black cherry jam and cream; the decoration is real cherries with chocolate fondant leaves and twigs and all sprayed with edible gold.
