I baked these for a Birthday tea-party along with a Gin & Tonic loaf cake; both went down an absolute treat!
Top tip
Make sure you fill your cupcake cases evenly to avoid any wonky cakes! Allow your icing to firm up in the fridge before piping (about 30-45mins!).
