About this Bake
A chocolate, coffee layer cake. I decorated it with coffee chocolate flakes. I made this for a very rare family get together. It was a very special occasion and this was a delicious dessert, which got lots of praise and was gobbled up. It is gluten-free and works well with berries.
Top tip
Use the best ingredients you can, focus on each element as you make it and be confident that you can achieve the result you want. This was made in a Swiss role tin cut into three and layered with white chocolate ganache and pecan praline.
