Baked as donation for a charity event. French vanilla sponge with a raspberry and non-dairy buttercream filling.

Top tip

Although difficult, line the giant cupcake tins before pouring in the mix. Will help towards an easier removal after baking and help keep all the cake intact especially when covering with only fondant icing.
