This is my 3D animal cake of our office dog, Bertie. Unfortunately when I was decorating it my phone, which had a photo of Bertie on, died, so I had to decorate it from memory!
Top tip
When shaping your rice crispy and marshmallow mixture, firstly coat your hands on vegetable oil to stop the marshmallow sticking to them
